Hennessey Venom GTThe Hennessey Venom GT is the fastest car in the world, although this recorf is not considered by the Guinness Bok of World Records. The car’s production is debated as it’s completely hand built. The Venom GT is powered by a twin-turbocharged 7.0-Litre V8 GM LS7 engine that produces 1244bhp of maximum power at 6600 rpm and 1566 Nm of peak torque at 4400 rpm. The engine’s power output can be adjusted in three settings; 800bhp 1000bhp and 1200bhp. The V8 engine comes mated to a Ricardo sourced 6-speed manual transmission from a Ford GT. Power is sent to the rear wheels only.

The Bugatti Chiron is an improved performance package as compared to the Bugatti Veyron. While the Chiron has a street legal top speed of 261 mph, Bugatti plans to break the 270 mph barrier on the racetrack set by the Hennessey Venom GT.

The Bugatti Chiron is powered by an 8.0-litre W16 quad-turbocharged engine that produces 1479bhp of maximum power and 1600Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are carried out by a 7-speed automatic transmission. The Bugatti Chiron is priced at $2.66 million and will be available by end of 2016.
